FTM's current factory spans a total area of 10,000 square meters and employs over 150 individuals. The company boasts a range of equipment, including a vertical four-axis machining center from Harting (USA), CNC lathes, ultra-precision turning centers, CNC grinders for outer diameter and end face grinding, over 150 precision CNC lathes and automated lines, as well as both imported and domestic three-axis and more than 10 four-axis machining centers. Additionally, FTM possesses over 60 CNC special grinders for outer circles, inner circles, planes, and bearing raceways. FTM is fully dedicated to research and development in non-standard bearings, high-precision bearings (offering import substitution), and the customization of bearing accessories and mechanical parts. The company strives to establish itself as a modern precision bearing enterprise.
Production Line Based on Digital Control
As a professional bearing service provider, FTM boasts sophisticated CNC lathes and machining centers. Our team of operators is highly skilled, and we actively incorporate advanced CNC machine tools from Japan to ensure precision and stability in product processing. We manufacture over 1,000 models with inner bore and outer diameters ranging from 10MM to 250MM, with an annual production capacity exceeding 5 million pieces.

Turning
Turning generally refers to turning outer circles, inner holes, end faces, raceways, ribs, slopes, fillets, stop grooves, oil grooves, oil grooves, etc.

Grinding
Including end face grinding of internal and external damaged parts, cylindrical grinding and outer groove grinding of the outer circle, internal cylindrical grinding and inner groove grinding of the inner ring, etc.

Desk set accessories
The bearing components are assembled and riveted, and the process includes installing steel balls and inner and outer ring sets.

Post-processing process
Clean and anti-rust the bearings after the set is riveted, and put them into storage after passing the inspection.
